General Shipping Policy
Zumali.com aims to ship most of the products available through their site within two to four business days of ordering and payment. Should a customer supply incorrect or inaccurate shipping information, they will be contacted immediately for further details. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct contact information as this facilitates communication in the event of any issues or problems with an order.
Current Shipping Locations
At this time Zumali.com can only accept orders for packages or gifts to be delivered to United States addresses.
Standard Shipping Charges
A “flat” shipping charge of $7.95 applies to each order/address provided by the customer.
Shipping Methods
Zumali.com will ship orders via Standard Ground service through the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Packages should arrive to the customer or recipient within four to seven business days, though guaranteed delivery times are not possible with ground services.
Priority Mailing Options
We do not provide priority shipping methods and recommend that a customer provide themselves a ten to fifteen day time span should an order by required by a specific date.
Returns
Returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department, and accompanied by proper authorization information. Returns that are due to an error on the part of Zumali.com are postage paid or costs are refunded to the customer. When it is customer error, all shipping charges are their responsibility.
